Through our years of working in this industry, we have experienced companies in various states of disarray, where corporate record keeping is left by the wayside and bookkeeping is disorganized and not up to date. We have also seen high legal and accounting bills when many of the services could be handled in-house. We aim to assist companies to be organized at a more reasonable cost.

EMILY DAVIS (Founder)
Emily brings more than 25 years of experience providing a variety of administrative and corporate services to Exchange listed companies in the financial, technology, and natural resource sectors. Prior to forming Meraki, she worked at Sentinel Corporate Services, Venture One Corp., and TY Management Corp. Emily has also worked with several merchant banks, managing portfolios of private and public companies focused on mining, energy, and technology. Emily has served as a Director or Officer of numerous private and public companies.
LISA (KOWAN) THOMPSON (Founder)
Lisa brings over 20 years of experience as a corporate/securities paralegal, working with both large and small public companies listed for trading on US and Canadian stock exchanges. For the past 5 years, Lisa has provided corporate secretarial consulting services for US and Canadian companies.
Lisa has also served on various non-profit boards and committees and is a member of the BC Paralegal Association.
