Emily Davis
Founder
After more than 25 years providing governance and administrative services to listed issuers, including experience with Sentinel Corporate Services, Venture One Corp., and TY Management Corp., Emily has built a strong foundation in corporate governance across the financial, technology, and natural resource sectors.
She has worked closely with merchant banks managing portfolios of private and public companies in the mining, energy, and technology industries, and brings a depth of experience in supporting complex corporate structures. Emily also serves as a director and officer of a number of companies, providing a practical, hands-on approach to her work.
Lisa (Kowan) Thompson
Founder
After 20 years as a corporate and securities paralegal supporting listed issuers, including experience across national, regional, and boutique Canadian law firms, Lisa has built a strong foundation in securities and corporate governance.
She now provides governance and corporate consulting services to listed issuers through Meraki Corporate Services. Lisa also serves as a director and officer of a number of listed companies, bringing a practical, board-level perspective to her work.
